I have been an estate sales junkie since my teens and have been a lifelong resident of the Detroit Metropolitan area. As a result of being in this business for 10 years, I have extensive knowledge and exposure to a wide variety of items and am a good marketer of merchandise. I know the area, I have a good feel of what will sell, and I am known to price merchandise so that it is reasonable and desirable for the estate sale attendees. I am also smart enough to know what I don't know and when I need to obtain additional expertise. I truly have a passion for this business and take great pride in knowing that my reputation is one of integrity, friendliness, dedication, knowledge, and professionalism. I have been providing estate sales service for over 10 years to numerous clients and for a wide variety of reasons. As an example, I have conducted estate sales for individuals relocating out of state, deposing of a parent's estate, for individuals moving to another home, remodeling, or for individuals who are downsizing to assisted living. At times we may conduct an estate sale, or if it is more appropriate, we may purchase the lot outright (i.e., if the condominium complex will not allow an estate sale). The reasons for conducting an estate sale are varied, but you can be assured that the attention and care provided to your estate will be maintained throughout each and every transaction.
Making the decision to utilize the services of an estate sale company is complex and emotional. In addition, holding an estate sale is a lot of work.
